Three Orgasms in One Box | NARS

My employer gifted me with three Orgasms for Christmas. Someone call HR immediately! Where is Toby Flenderson?

But, really, Shiseido was very generous with our gratis bags this year, and they included this super cute Traveler’s Exclusive box by NARS, which contains three products in their highly successful ‘Orgasm’ shade. Check it out.

There’s the OG Nars Orgasm Blush, a pressed powder in a pink shade with gold pearl, supposedly a universal shade for all skin tones. Then, the Multiple, which is the blush / highlighter creamy stick, which is more gold than pink. Finally, the liquid Orgasm Illuminator, which is a subtle gold pearl despite the pink tint. Give it up to the NARS brand for creating such an iconic and attention-grabbing product franchise.

I got over-excited and decided to have three Orgasms at once (this has got to be the cheekiest blog post I’ve ever written). Why have one when you can have several?! I applied all three products on my face, and thought I would overdose / turn pink.

On camera, it looks very subtle, like I barely have any product on. The truth is that there is Orgasm everywhere. I applied the liquid all over my brow bones, cheekbones, cupids bow… all over the place. Then I took the highlighter stick and applied to apples of the cheeks and layered a bunch on my eyelids as an shadow. I topped it off on cheek with the powder, and that took it very pink, almost too pink. In person, it looked like, I had just finished a jog, come out of the sauna, or maybe… you know… 😉

All in all, I love the multiple stick and the liquid highlighter. They both have amazing textures, very easy to spread with just the fingertip and buildable. The powder takes it a little over-the-top for me, but isn’t that the point of the Orgasm?
