SAN FRANCISCO PRIDE x #LOVEWINS

#LOVEWINS

How better to celebrate the annual SF Pride with our LGBTQ friends than to FINALLY legalize same-sex marriage in the US! Excuse my language, IT’S ABOUT FUCKING TIME! It has been amazing here in San Francisco, where you can feel the joy and excitement almost everywhere you go. Love is in the air, and it is covered in rainbows, glitter, confetti, and attitude!

Today, I went to the SF PRIDE parade and festivities, and to be honest, I could have delivered more and better in the costume department, but… let’s be real, today isn’t really about me! Not to be stereotypical, but my gay friends have ALWAYS brought out the sassiest version of myself, and so I brought the sassiest shirt out my wardrobe.

Other details: a cute lace braid across the crown of my head, some rainbow colored earrings to represent, and a bright ass pink lip. Finally, I drew a few hearts on my cheek because I didn’t have glitter or facepaint and my Marsala liner was the closest I could get.

Was there a PRIDE celebration in your town? Did you celebrate this weekend?

      1. No, sadly it’s not. Same sex couples can sign up for a registered life partnership, however, they won’t get all the rights as married heterosexuals… I’m not too familiar with all the details, but that’s basically the current legal position here.
