How to wear make up to look like you’re not wearing make up

Step 4 – Lip
It doesn’t really matter what color you use, but it matters that the lips are not chapped as mine often are. Sometimes I’ll just use my trusty Burt’s Bees peppermint lip balm, but another option I like is using a lip tint. Those add a sheer color, they’re SUPER low-maintenance, and they don’t rub off easily. For lipstick lovers, a nice guide for finding a good natural shade is to stay within two shades of your own lipcolor.

Optional Step 5 – Highlight
My highlighter is a nice champagne color, and I’ll apply it underneath the arch of my eyebrow, the inner corners of my eyes,  the center of my nose, along my cheekbones and at my cupid’s bow – basically, anywhere light would naturally hit my face. It adds a pretty glow and stays subtle.

Aaaaand that’s all. It shouldn’t take more than 15-20 minutes. Give it a go and see what happens!
