So, that’s basically one of my physical wellness stories. Not sure there’s anything remarkable, but I would wager that a lot of people are like me trying to figure out something that works for them. I just say, be patient and keep trying. The attempts are significant, even if they don’t work out, I think. Those would be my words of wisdom. OH and that treadmills are overrated. And also, being skinny but weak is also overrated.
